1. Physical Products (Journals)
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a clear photo of the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit.
- Returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or usage will not be accepted.
- Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
2. Digital Content (Podcasts & Video Content)
- Purchases of digital products such as podcasts, video content, or subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- If you face any technical issues in accessing the content, please reach out to us and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
3. Shipping-Related Issues

- We will either trace your package or send a replacement if confirmed lost.
